- Begin with a welcome drink and an informative talk on the history of cocktails. Learn the bar terminology and an insight into the tricks of the trade. A training session which will include cocktail mixing demonstrations Learn how to make the perfect Martini and Cosmopolitan
Pudding Club £25pp
15th March & 12th April - 7 pm arrive. 7.30 Sit down for a light main course
- Head Chef Shaun will announce the first three puddings as they come out one by one
- Guests will be given an opportunity to chat about and “judge” each pudding
- Shaun will announce a trio of puddings as the finale
- Choice of pudding wines available
- Those who chose the top pudding of the night will go into a draw for a Sunday lunch for two.

Vintage Wine Tasting – Whether it is a young vintage or old vintage one can be as good as the other. Vintages are the secret of a good or bad wine, so how to know which vintage is good or which is not, well I will give you some tips around our social wine tasting. An initiation to vintage wine and why some years are classified as exceptional, other are good and other as bad…….well I guess there is a good reason, so come along.
- Canapés are provided to enhance your enjoyment of the wines
- Don’t worry about a lack of knowledge, Benjamin will soon fix that.
- A great opportunity to meet like minded people and increase your knowledge while having fun socialising.
- Benjamin will talk you through the basics of wine and food pairing. He will give you insider tips on tracking down elusive bargains and navigating the pitfalls of buying wines in shops and restaurants.

Sunday 18th Ops Manager James and Head Chef Shaun, both being avid F1 fans have decided to screen all the highlight shows this year in the library at Fallowfields, the screen will be a 6ft projection, with the library bedecked with sofas and beer fridge. We would be delighted to have a group of fellow racing enthusiasts join us enjoy the races here … to discuss and put to rights!
