Roasted sirloin of English Beef, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes
Poached fillet of salmon, buttered garden vegetables and sautéed new potatoes

Dews Meadow loin of pork, crackling, with garden apple jelly
Roasted breast of free range chicken with a bread sauce
