Fine Dining Menus:

Fine Dining is my passion…

….. and producing a true fine dining experience requires top quaility seasonal Oxfordshire produce.

Menus evolve with the seasons. Fruit and vegetables are from our kitchen garden wherever possible.

Pork, beef and eggs are mostly from our farm. Other meat is sourced from local Oxfordshire suppliers where possible. The majority of game we use is very local indeed. A “friend of Fallowfields” brings us game all through the season. Our fish is all sustainably sourced.

We cook with a passion for freshness. We have a desire to reduce food miles by using local Oxfordshire seasonal products. And we work with other sustainable and caring farmers. No GM foods are knowingly used in any of our food. This is fine dining food at its best.

An example of fine dining at its bestSince 1973 our kitchen garden has been lovingly tended by the excellent Mr. Tony Broad Esquire. He was born and brought up in Oxfordshire. Tony is a legend at Fallowfields. He is a true gentleman, and has never ever been seen “leaning on his spade”.

Whether you go with our Market menu, our a la carte or our tasting menu, we have a vegetarian equivalent.  RS of Oxford said “we love coming here – best vegetarian food in Oxfordshire.

All other dietary requirements are a pleasure to provide. Just let us know in advance please.

There are few greater pleasures for a restaurateur than to see children in the restaurant with their families. Families should eat out often and children are integral to the majority of families. Therefore, children are more than welcome. High chairs for tiny tots, cushions for slightly older children. Just let us know when you book.

"The restaurant at Fallowfields is superb as is the "high" tea"
