Fallowfields Country House Hotel Kitchen Garden
At Fallowfields we take huge pride in being able grow fresh produce to serve in our restaurant. The kitchen garden, located adjacent to the hotel is planted with a wide variety of pesticide-free produce that provides our chefs with a constantly evolving palette of colourful fruits, herbs, flowers and vegetables with flavours which inspire our chefs and your palate too. Our menus evolve with the seasons.
During spring & summer we grow: Asparagus, Artichokes, Borage, Broad Beans, Lettuce, Lovage, Peas, Purple sprouting, Broccoli, Radish, Raspberries, Spinach, Spring onions, Tomatoes
In autumn & winter we grow: Apples, Brussels sprouts, Carrots, Cauliflower, Courgettes, Pears, Potatoes, Squash, Pumpkins.
As part of our restaurant heritage, we usually list Fallowfields home grown produce on the inside cover of our lunch and dinner menus, together with all our local suppliers.
