Chef de Rang
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to work in our growing independent family owned hotel for a passionate and professional chef de rang, the restaurant has been awarded of 2AA rosette and is looking for its third , and going toward a Michelin star. Both chef and restaurant manager come from high profile establishments and work at the highest standards.
Required Skills /Experience :
This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop knowledge in food and wine service. You will be responsible for a section within the restaurant, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded and delivery of a high standard of service.other duties might be required to fulfil the job.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position within a 2 AA and preferably Michelin star restaurant or 4 star hotel. You must be able to communicate with colleagues and managers, and demonstrate a passion for food and beverage service. You must be someone who wants to learn and develop, and have excellent attention to detail and high standards of both hygiene and service.
