Fallowfields Hotel and Restaurant is a family run, with a strong ethic of “respect for the individual”. Our employees are as important as our guests. Without either we are nothing.
Back in April 2011 we began recruiting a team to give us a fine dining capability”. This resulted in the award of 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence in November 2011. On the 1st January 2012 we introduced a new menu, with increased technicality, designed to take us on the next stages of our food journey. Our objective is to create food that is worth travelling for. And….I believe we are fulfilling that objective.
You will have every opportunity to work in other departments to gain a wider experience of a hotel’s operations. Live in rental accommodation is available for singles and couples alike. We own two houses in the village about 5 and 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.
There is falconry on site, with over 60 raptors, some flying daily for guests; our farm not only provides a great place for guests to stroll, but of course most importantly provides fabulous fresh produce from the kitchen gardens and orchards. Superb meat is produced from our herds of Rare Breed pigs and Dexter Cattle. Fresh eggs daily from our poultry, chickens, ducks and quail on the farm.
