The Library. Surely one of the prettiest meeting rooms in Oxfordshire? This can be set up:

1. formally in board room style for up to 12 persons
2. informally with armchairs and coffee tables for interviewing.
3. classroom style for 4/6 students
4. theatre style for up to 18 participants.

 The Wellingtonia. This can be set up:

1. Theatre style for up to 100 delegates.
2. Cabaret/classroom/boardroom combinations for up to 35 delegates.
3. For dinners up to 85 guests. For numbers up to 140, we add our own marquee to make a single room.

There is direct access to our lawn and gardens. As well as to the terrace. Weather permitting, providing lovely space for taking a break. Or for discussion in small groups. The bar, drawing room, library and bedrooms can also be break out rooms.

One of the brightest and lightest of meeting rooms in Oxfordshire. The long side of this room has conservatory doors with three quarter length glass. This ensures ample natural daylight. There are blinds to suit projector presentations. Full black out is not possible. Good quality dining chairs that are broad and comfortable. All meeting essentials – LCD projector, flip charts, pads + pens.
