The Kitchen Garden

Here we grow a wonderful variety of pesticide-free produce, supplying our chefs with a constantly evolving palette of colours and flavours to inspire our seasonal menus.

In Spring and Summer we grow: Broad beans, tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, purple sprouting broccoli, raspberries, artichokes, peas and borage amongst others.

The Kitchen Garden

In Autumn/Winter we look forward to squash & pumpkins, carrots, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, apples and pears.
