The Library and the Wellingtonia

From 2 - 12 delegates, The Library can be set up formally or informally; or for a bigger event The Wellingtonia can seat 40 delegates in boardroom style or up to 60 in theatre format.

Short Meetings

Use our spacious lounge for up to three hours with tea, coffee and homemade flapjacks for £7 pp.

Informal Meetings

Booking includes the private meeting room, bottled still/sparkling water, tea and coffee for £15 per person for three consecutive hours.

Day Meetings

Daily delegate rate is £35 pp. This includes

The 24 hour delegate rate is £150 pp. This includes

• afternoon tea with homemade cake
• bottled still/sparkling water

• evening dinner (£30 allocation from menu)
• accommodation single occupancy in a double room
  with full English breakfast

Business Lunch Time

From 12.00 - 14.30, take a break and recharge for the afternoon £8.95 pp pick and mix

• choose a drink: a pint or 175ml glass of red or white wine, a juice or soft drink
• choose your food: choice of sandwich or a homemade pie or a meat / fish / vegetarian salad
• pint of beer or lager £3.50
